1. Shipping Areas

IGNI currently ships to:

Portugal (mainland and islands)

Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands)

European Union countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland and Sweden.


2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via professional courier services.

To manage shipments and delivery communications, IGNI works with a logistics intermediary, Batch Logistics, which coordinates carriers, tracking and customer notifications.

Courier providers may vary depending on destination and operational availability.


3. Delivery Communications

Once your order is shipped, you may receive delivery updates from Batch Logistics by email and, where applicable, by WhatsApp or SMS, including tracking information and delivery status.

These communications are related solely to the fulfillment of your order.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Typical delivery timeframes:

Portugal: 24 to 48 hours
Spain: 2 to 4 business days
European Union: 4 to 15 business days

Delivery may be affected by public holidays, local regulations, carrier operations or events beyond our control.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination and displayed at checkout.

From time to time, IGNI may offer shipping promotions, including free shipping thresholds or discounted rates. Any such offers will be clearly presented during purchase.


6. Order Tracking

When available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking and delivery updates may be managed through Batch Logistics and associated courier services.


7. Responsibility and Risk

IGNI remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


8. Multiple Shipments

In most cases, orders are shipped as a single parcel.

If operationally necessary, an order may be split into multiple shipments. Customers will be notified in such cases.
