Welcome to IGNI. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IGNI.
IGNI operates this website and online store, including all related content, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce functionality.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

SECTION 9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
IGNI operates independently from Shopify. All purchases are made directly with IGNI.
Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and IGNI.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.
By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
SECTION 11. FEEDBACK
Any feedback you submit may be used by IGNI for operational or promotional purposes without compensation.

Orders may be cancelled if information is inaccurate.

These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and IGNI.

You may not transfer rights under these Terms without written consent. IGNI may assign its rights freely.
SECTION 21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union consumer legislation.
Courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections apply otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
